I returned this nutra luxe md massager once already due to no heat from infrared light at all and the machine would not stay on. The replacement was the same- this time however on the unit EE-400 and it looks as thought I should have gotten 950-557 unit- This machine states the wattage is 25 W- No way an infrared heated unit. I am about to sue for mis representation of product. The infrared light was the main reason for purchase. I want to go to the source now- the mfg. I purchased on line- no money refund would be allowed- only credit so I was force to get another unit and now proof of 25Watts confirms no infrared. I have a 250 Watt infrared light and I know how it should heat. This is a Fraud.!!
