DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
UPS, FEDEX & Prepaid Truck Shipments (Nutra Luxe MD Carrier): Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must me noted upon delivery receipt. All Shortages and damages must be reported to Nutra Luxe MD at 239.561.9699 on the day of delivery.
To Return Merchandise Follow These Easy Steps

Call our Customer Service Department at 239.561.9699 for a return authorization number (RA #). All merchandise must be returned properly packaged.

Include with your return a photo copy of your invoice or packing slip.

Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return box.

We cannot accept opened or used, products for credit or refund.

Any claims of discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 calendar days of your date of receipt of merchandise.

Please clearly print the reasons for return.

Non-defective returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% (fifteen percent) of the list price.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDIT/REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED.
